12 eggs (depending on how many you want to make) it takes about 2 eggs per regular muffin cup.
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
Any seasoning you like( salt, pepper, dry mustard, paprika, hot sauce, fresh herbs, etc. )
Cooked Veggies
Diced Deli Meat or Cooked Sausage/Bacon
Shredded cheese if using
Preheat Oven 325
Use Foil Muffin Liners and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Layer meat to cover bottom then veggies and shredded cheese. Just eye ball it.
Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings together and pour into muffin cups up to the top.
Bake until set. About 20 min.
