4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or
6 bonless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup lime soda
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
2 Tablespoons soy sauce, GF soy sauce, or coconut amionis
salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken in sprayed crockpot
Combine the rest of ingred in a bowl, Mix well.
Pour over chicken.
Cover. Cook on low 6 hours our High 3-4 depending on your crockpot.
Serve over brown rice or noodles. Don't forget your veggies on the side:-)
