I just put together the easiest and tastiest BBQ sauce ever!! I wanted BBQ Chicken Sandwhiches for Dinner tonight. I always use my Slow Cooker for this. So I browsed Pinterst and used a recipe to base mine on. Let's get started.
I took out 2 large Chicken Breast and let them thaw over night in the fridge.
For the Sauce: 1 cup of Honey BBQ Sauce topped of with Sweet n Spicy is what I had on hand. (Sweet Baby Ray's)
Any BBQ sauce would work.
If you are using a sweet sauce don't add brown sugar. If not add 2 Tablespoons
Then use 1/4 cup of Itlian Dressing. I had a dry seasoning packet and made mine according to the packet.
Then add 1 Tablespoon of worchichire sauce.
Mix with a wire whisk until well combined. Taste and adjusted seasoning. If you need a little more kick add red pepper flacks.
Pour over chicken and cook on low for 6 hours. Grease the pot well too first. Sorry I forgot to mention that first.
Serve on buns with slaw or alone.
