I always get corn casserole when I go to a cafeteria. I saw this recipe and had to try it out and with our church Homecoming this past Sunday it was the perfect opportunity. Plus it is so easy to put together. Let's get cooking.
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn, sea salt added ( that's the kind I like)
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter melted
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 teaspoon sugar or sugar substitute ( optional)
Mix all together and pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 min until light brown.
