3 Leg Quarters, 5 chicken Breast Halves, or 2 Legs and 4 thighs ( just use what you have on hand)
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4-1/3 cup lime juice
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves Garlic minced, or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
1. Place Chicken in a greased slow cooker.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
3. Cover. Cook on low for 6 hours or until cooked thru. You can put it in frozen, but the flavor gets into the chicken better if thawed and patted dry. I finished mine off in the oven on a cookie sheet on Low Broil for about 5 min just to get some color.
4. Serve with Rice and Steam Veggies.
I hope you give this recipe a try. Let me know if you do. Thanks for hanging out with me this morning!! Have a blessed day! Remember Jesus Loves You and He is Coming Soon.
