1 large sirloin tip roast seasoned with house seasoning (onion powder, garlic powder, coarse salt and black pepper) and seared on both sides
1/2 bag of baby carrots
Almost a box of beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom
After the beef is seared add carrots. Pour beef broth half way up the roast, then add water until its almost covered leaving the top
uncovered. Top with cream of mushroom soup spreading it evenly. Then add pepper to taste.
Cook on low for at least 7 hours. Shred and serve.
Slow cooker baked sweet potatoes
Mac n cheese( yes velvetta is helping out😋)
Then for my easy dessert....
1 box of butter cake mix(prepared as directed)
1 pealed and diced apple
Cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg to taste. I just poured.
Baked in a loaf pan on 370 for 50 min until done.
Brown sugar topping
1 stick of butter
Pinch of salt if using unsalted
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
2 teaspoons of milk
Combine and bring to a boil for 2 min, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over warm cake.
